The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to provide funding to the University of Illinois to design, develop, fabricate and test advanced heat exchangers for low quality waste heat harvesting applications. All activities would occur at the Urbana-Champaign campus of the University of Illinois in an existing laboratory facility.
