Bonneville Power Administration proposes to expand its Targhee Substation to install new electrical equipment, stormwater facilities, and landscape plantings. The new electrical equipment to be installed includes a power control assembly, a power voltage transformer, station services racks, automatic transfer switch, and two disconnect switches.
