CX-017569: Component Development and Testing for Electrolytic Cells

This scope of work covers activities associated with the development of electrolytic cell and catalyst reactor components for projects such as sulfur dioxide depolarized electrolyzer, unitized regenerative fuel cells, fuel cells or batteries, and decomposition reactors.  Major activities include synthesis, manufacture, and performing tests to characterize membranes, catalysts, and separator electrode assemblies.
