Design a counterbalance device for the Ballistic Resistant Enclosure (BRE) hatch. Construct a mockup of the turret and assemble and test the counterbalance to demonstrate it?s capability. Specify the material needed to assemble and install counterbalances on the KAC BRE turrets.
