Sandia National Laboratories/New Mexico (SNL/NM) proposes to resume the evaluation of weapons effects on new advances in technology for force protection assets. Details and methodology of the evaluation would be used to generate data on Probability of Hit (Ph) for Department of Energy-trained response force personnel. The data would also be used (shared) in conjunction with the experts from the U.S. Army Material Analysis Activity (AMSAA) located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, to derive Probability of Kill (Pk) statistics based on the ballistic dispersion identified during the test.
