Design H Tank Farm East Hill Utilities Upgrade, Revision 1: H Tank Farm (HTF) East Hill services are currently supplied via underground piping. Existing services have become unreliable and are in need of replacement and upgrades. Above ground piping and supports to supply plant air, instrument air, medium steam, low steam, and well water to the users on the East Hill will be installed. A new electrical substation will be installed and new 480 volt cables will be routed from newly installed breakers in existing substations located on the roof of 241-82H to 241-96H.
