The Oregon Department of Energy (ODOE) is proposing to use State Energy Program American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funding to perform energy audits for schools outside the Public Purpose Charge (PPC). Utilizing $2 million in ARRA Funds available for this activity, the audits will be conducted at no cost to school districts.
