The State of Oklahoma has signed the State Energy Program Template assuring the Department of Energy that the project(s) selected shall keep within the limits indicated below: Energy efficiency retrofits; development, implementation, and installation of onsite renewable energy technology that generates electricity from renewable resources; development, implementation, and installation of energy efficient or renewable energy-powered emergency systems; installation of alternative fueling pumps and systems; purchase of alternative fuel vehicles; development and implementation of training programs; development and implementation of building codes and inspection services; and implementing financial incentive programs.
