Department of Energy is proposing to provide federal funding to INEOS to design, permit, construct, test and operate a demonstration-scale biorefinery that will produce ethanol fuel from cellulosic feedstock that includes vegetative waste and segregated construction debris (primarily wood) supplied by an adjacent county landfill in Vero Beach, Florida.
