Training, audits and residential retrofits limited to insulation, lighting, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, weather sealing, appliances, high efficiency showers/faucets, closed loop ground source heat pump less than 5.5 tons and solar hot water. As noted in the guidance for State Energy Program, the projects will strictly adhere to the limitations set forth on page 9 and page 10 of this guide and not exceed these limits.
