Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant funds. Project activities #7 - Urban Wind Energy Harvesting Demonstration and Pilot Project, #13 - Miami-Dade County Targeted Industry Energy Efficiency Revolving Loan Fund, and #14 - Sustainable Technology Demonstration Program (with the exception of proposed building envelope efficiency products, energy efficiency technology, and natural lighting amplification systems) are bound by the County's signed Statement of Work (SOW) and are therefore categorically excluded under National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). Activity #14 - Sustainable Technology Demonstration Program contains components that fall outside the bounds of the SOW but are categorically excluded under NEPA under Categorical Exclusion 85.1. These components include: building envelope efficiency products, energy efficiency technology, and natural lighting amplification systems.
