Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) funds. Minor operational changes at an existing facility to minimize waste generation and for reuse of materials. These changes include, but are not limited to, adding filtration and recycle piping to allow reuse of machining oil, setting up a sorting area to improve process efficiency, and segregating two waste streams previously mingled and assigning new identification codes to the two resulting wastes.The following activities fall within the bounds of the signed Statement of Work (SOW) and therefore are categorically excluded under National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) under A9, A11, and B5.1: Activity #3 Municipal Government Audit Program, Activity #4 Municipal Government Retrofit Program. The following activities fall outside the bounds of the signed SOW, or were not included in the SOW, but qualify for a categorical exclusion under NEPA: Activity #1 Energy Efficiency and Conservation Grant Management, Activity #5 Metropolitan Government Waste Reduction Program, Activity #8 Community Clean Energy Job Training Program, Activity #10 Community Sustainability Awareness Program.
