The purpose of this action is to get National Environmental Policy Act Categorical Exclusion-B determination for Tasks 7.0 and 8.0 as defined in the project Statement of Project Objectives (SOPO). Task 7.0 is for assembly of a pre-fab pilot plant, and Task 8.0 is for its operation.
