Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) program. The City of Saint Louis would facilitate the development and operation of an environmentally-friendly commuter bicycle station with the city's urban core, along with the installation of urban exterior bike racks and improvements to existing bike lanes throughout the city.
