The following activity is bounded by the signed Statement of Work and is therefore categorically excluded under National Environmental Policy Act: Installation of a rooftop 380 kilowatt photovoltaic array on the rooftop of Kern County Administrative Center. Electricity generated by the project will offset the electrical load of the building and save 377 tons of carbon dioxide annually.
