Access road maintenance project near structure 38/2 of the Olympia-Grand Coulee Number 1 Transmission Line. Bonneville Power Administration proposes to maintain one double-culvert creek crossing on an unnamed stream. Work would include removing woody debris that is the result of beaver activity, and installing a beaver deterrent structure to exclude the beaver(s) from the culverts.
