The State of Oklahoma will provide $3,006,830 in Recovery Act funds to Advanced Recycling Technologies, Inc. (AERT) to build a new process line within a plastic recycling plant. The new process line will reformulate lower grades of polyethylene plastic into higher grades of plastic that are more marketable.
