Snohomish County, Washington proposes to use $250,000 of Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) funds for the development and implementation of a multi-year transportation demand management (TDM) education and outreach program. The purpose of this program is to promote the use of transportation alternatives to driving alone during the peak commute periods by targeting residents and employers that are open to using commute alternatives.
