Rainer Petroleum is proposing to use $200,000 in State Energy Program American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funding to purchase and install biodiesel fueling equipment to facilitate the injection of biodiesel into the Number 2 diesel supplied to the Washington State Ferries at the existing Rainier Petroleum facility.
