The Ohio Department of Development is proposing to use State Energy Program American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funding for 11 projects which will be funded under the market title "Targeting Industrial Efficiency" (TIE). The proposed projects consist of energy efficiency improvements at existing facilities the majority of which will replace existing equipment.
