The SIRTI Foundation and Greenwood Clean Energy Company are proposing to use $300,000 in State Energy Program American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funding through Department of Energy for the implementation of manufacturing management systems, construction of production tooling, and purchase and installation of equipment, including arc welding robots and positioners, to automate and retool the recipient's manufacturing process of high efficiency, Environmental Protection Agency Phase 2 biomass boilers.
