Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant. 1) Energy efficiency and conservation strategy program management, project enhancement, administrative coordination, 2) consultant services for website and content development, 3) indoor and outdoor high efficiency lighting retrofit, 4) establish a home energy reporting system, 5) transportation programs: conversion of fleet vehicles to all electric and hybrid vehicles, 6) City Hall (constructed in 1982) lighting upgrades, and 7) purchase and use of Environmental and Energy Data Management software.
