State Energy Program. Illinois Department of Commerce & Economic Opportunity (DCEO) has submitted a signed, National Environmental Policy Act bounded template for their Energy Efficiency Development market title, Large Customer activity, and their Manufacturing/Processing market title, Green Industry Business Development activity. DCEO intends to fund cost shared grants related to the purchase and/or installation or modification of energy efficiency equipment/measures within existing facilities.
