Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant for: Development of a comprehensive Energy Efficiency Strategy for Grant County, in collaboration with the Town of Silver City, that will build upon the Silver City Climate Action Plan. An office will be staffed by a full-time Director of Sustainability who will design and implement a multi-stakeholder process that will develop the County Energy Efficiency and Conservation Strategy.
