Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant fund. The Project Activity Sheet (PAS) #8 titled Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Station submitted by the City of Raleigh, North Carolina, involves the installation of two (2) electric vehicle charging stations within the City. One of these EV charging stations to be located at 285 Hargett Street was previously reviewed and received a categorical exclusion determination. The second EV charging station location was not identified at the time the first EV charging station was reviewed, and so was not included in the original categorical exclusion.
