Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant for: This program provides funding to address energy efficiency opportunities in buildings that have been identified with the highest energy use per square foot. These opportunities include: Replacement of approximately 1327 fixtures in the municipal buildings from T12 to T8. In addition, jobs will be created to support this program.
