Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant fund. The following Project Activity submitted by the Ohio State Energy Office is bounded by the allowable project descriptions in the signed Template and is therefore categorically excluded from further National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) review under A9, A 11 and B5.1: Activity #3 Competitive Grants? Antioch College Energy Efficiency Retrofits. The following Energy Efficiency Retrofits are included in this NEPA categorical exclusion: window replacement, door replacement, weather sealing, insulation, artificial lighting systems and controls upgrades, and natural lighting systems and controls upgrades (including installation of Skylights, light tubes, sensors, and programmable controllers).
