The subcontractor will remove 300 square feet of ballast to investigate. Install one 10 foot by 10 foot Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer patch. Install 50 feet of 5 inch seam tape to seal perimeter of patch. Repair four pitch pans at guardrail. Caulk as needed at 232-H.
