Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant for: 1) Develop energy efficiency and conservation strategy, 2) develop strategy to educate utility customers and motivate them to increase energy efficiency, 3) rebate program for residential gas customers who get an energy audit, 4) update timing and coordination of traffic signals on corridors, 5) provide grants to two non-profit organizations for energy efficient retrofits, 6) study the applicability of light-emitting diodes (LED) on existing street light poles.
