This environmental evaluation checklist addresses the installation of 12 groundwater monitoring wells and eight injection points in support of an in-situ chemical oxidation field pilot at the A/M-Area Western Sector. The actual oxidant injection program will be evaluated under a separate environmental evaluation checklist upon issuance of the Underground Injection Control permit.
