Mission Support Alliance and its subcontractors perform removal of Polychlorinated Biphenyl-containing items (including, but not limited to, transformers and capacitors), Polychlorinated Biphenyl-containing oils flushed from transformers, Polychlorinated Biphenyl-flushing solutions, and Polychlorinated Biphenyl-containing spill materials from buildings or other aboveground locations in accordance with applicable requirements (such as 40 CFR part 761).
