ReliOn will manufacture and install hydrogen fuel-cell backup-power systems within various existing AT&T Mobility wireless telecommunications facilities. The proposed Fuel Cells, provided by ReliOn, will operate intermittently to provide emergency power backup to the existing cell tower sites.
