The San Francisco Department of the Environment will use Department of Energy and cost share funding to develop and further augment solar programs for the City. Project activities will include developing a sustainable financing program; developing and implementing a commercial solar power purchase agreement (PPA) model; developing and implementing a solar PPA model to put solar on schools; and supporting the development of a solar financing program for affordable housing.
