Western Area Power Administration proposes to conduct "danger tree" management along its Sand Creek Tap - Willoby 115-kilovolt Transmission Line. This work is a component of Western Area Power Administration's vegetation management program, which is intended to secure and maintain a manageable and stable right-of-way that minimizes vegetative threats to transmission system safety, security, and reliability.
