Western Area Power Administration proposes to conduct routine vegetation management along its Great Cut Tap - Great Cut 115-kilovolt Transmission Line and its Great Cut Tap -McPhee 12.47-kilovolt Distribution Line. The intent of Western Area Power Administration's vegetation management program is to secure and maintain a manageable and stable right-of-way that minimizes vegetative threats to transmission system safety, security, and reliability, and ultimately does not require frequent re-treatments.
