Western Area Power Administration proposes to conduct routine vegetation management along its Flaming Gorge - Vernal Number 3 (FGE-VNL Number 3) 138-kilovolt Transmission Line in Uintah and Daggett Counties, Utah. The intent of Western Area Power Administration's vegetation management program is to secure and maintain a manageable and stable right-of-way that minimizes vegetative threats to transmission system safety, security, and reliability, and ultimately does not require frequent re-treatments.
