Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) is proposing to allow the City of Vancouver to install a water line within BPA transmission line right-of-way (ROW). The 8-inch PVC water line would be buried at a depth of 3 feet near structure 34/3 on the North Bonneville-Ross No. 2 transmission line. The water line would be buried adjacent to an existing sewer main for approximately 200 feet and then connect into an existing manhole.
