Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) proposes to provide funds to the Westland Irrigation District to excavate and repair a leaking water pipe at the Three Mile Dam Adult Holding and Spawning Facility in Umatilla County, Oregon. To repair an ongoing water leak, about 50 feet of an existing 6-inchdiameter water pipe would be excavated and either replaced or patched. The excavation would be about 18 to 24 inches in width and would be located in a previously graveled and filled area. Excavated gravel and fill would be staged adjacent to the excavation area. After repair, the pipe would be buried and placed back into service.
