CX-017176: Deep River 4 Property Acquisition Funding and Stewardship Funding

Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) is proposing to fund the Columbia Land Trust to purchase the Clough Property, a 1.78-acre parcel of land located in Wahkiakum County, Washington. The United States would hold a conservation easement, which BPA would manage, to permanently protect, mitigate, and enhance fish and wildlife and their habitat. BPA would also provide stewardship funds toward maintenance of the property to the landowner, Columbia Land Trust.
