Pennsylvania's Department of Environmental Protection will administer the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) Program for the state of Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania's Department of Environmental Protection would pass through Department of Energy funding to sub-recipients for the implementation of Pennsylvania's EECBG Program. All projects under this program are bounded in compliance with the uploaded and signed EECBG Template for Expedited National Environmental Policy Act review.
