CX-017040: Install a New Concrete Sidewalk at 709-7G

H Area Old Manufacturing Addition Side diesel requires its injector pump to be reworked at the vendor site.  This process requires four month for vendor rebuild of the pump, installation of the pump, and testing of diesel generator.  During this period of time, H Area Old Manufacturing will not have an Addition Side diesel.  Thus, the proposed activity is to provide a portable diesel generator to be connected to H Area Old Manufacturing electrical system.  While the Addition Side diesel is being reworked, the portable diesel is available to provide backup power to H Area Old Manufacturing during a loss of normal power event.
