This activity is principally set-up and demonstration of equipment that will be installed in the shielded cells facility. In these tests, simulated fuel elements will be added to stainless steel. Simulant materials used for the formation of alloys will be 304L stainless steel, tungsten metal, aluminum metal, and zirconium metal.
