The proposed activity is Rev. 0 of the Design Change Form attached below. The proposed activity removes the existing blind flange on nozzle 16 in Cell 16H and nozzle 23 in Cell 16W, replacing them with new quick disconnect functions. The quick disconnect functions will include nominal pipe size 3 inch Flanges with 3/4 inch threaded holes in the center, PS200A piping, Ball Valves with 3/4 inch threaded connections, and 1/16 inch Reinforced Teflon Gaskets. The proposed activity will provide permanent wand flushing capabilities in Cell 16.
