October 18, 2017The Preliminary Real Estate Plan for Craddock Facilities A, B, and C in Albuquerque, New Mexico is to renew the lease on three buildings to support the ongoing site missions. The lease renewal includes an additional 17,000 square feet of production space by expanding into the entire building of Craddock B. No processes or equipment will be moved, modified or relocated. The only modifications being planned will be for the additional space required in Craddock B. These modifications will be to remove a few walls and lab cabinets, installing security locks, alarms, and cameras for property protection, adding information technology data cabling for computers, general cleanup and painting, and adding desks, computers, and printers for general office work.
