The City of Atlanta will administer the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) Program for the city. The City of Atlanta would use Department of Energy funding for implementation of the City of Atlanta's EECBG Program. All projects under this program are bounded in compliance with the uploaded and signed Statement of Work for Expedited National Environmental Policy Act review.
