The Bonneville Power Administration proposes to correct one area along the Paul-Allston transmission line where the ground to conductor distance has been determined to be insufficient with current electrical safety standards, referred to as an impairment. This correction would be made by building a new structure 11/2 75 feet back on line and raising the height of structure 11/2 by 12.5 feet.
