New Hampshire's Office of Energy and Planning will administer the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) Program for the State of New Hampshire. New Hampshire's Office of Energy and Planning would pass through Department of Energy funding to sub-recipients for the implementation New Hampshire's EECBG Program. All projects under this program are bounded in compliance with the uploaded and signed EECBG Template for Expedited National Environmental Policy Act review.
