Bonneville Power Administration proposes to reterminate PacifiCorp’s Moxee-Union Gap 115 kilovolt transmission line at Bonneville Power Administration's Moxee Substation. Bonneville Power Administration would disconnect PacifiCorp’s old conductor from Bonneville Power Administration's substation dead-end and re-attach PacifiCorp’s new conductor to that same dead-end. Bonneville Power Administration would also attach the new conductor to PacifiCorp’s newly replaced triple pole wood structure outside the substation fence line on Bonneville Power Administration property. PacifiCorp’s new structure would be similar to the old structure in the same or immediately adjacent location.
