Bonneville Power Administration proposes to provide funds to the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation for restoration activities along about 4 miles of Meacham Creek, which is a tributary of the Umatilla River, in Umatilla County, Oregon. The activities would mostly occur on Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation lands, with some actions on adjacent Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation fee-owned land.
