Iowa's Office of Energy Independence will administer the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) Program for the city. Iowa's Office of Energy Independence would use Department of Energy funding for implementation of Iowa's EECBG Program. All projects under this program are bounded in compliance with the uploaded and signed Statement of Work for Expedited National Environmental Policy Act review.
